BSA project managed, oversaw the contract and provided the drawings for a new kitchen extension for our Victorian property. They provided a very professional service and made many sensible and helpful suggestions. Our specification was for a very high degree of thermal efficiency, something a little out of the ordinary for many builders, BSA proved excellent at appreciating what was needed and in ‘holding the hand’ of the builder. The finished result is outstanding, a thoroughly modern kitchen but in keeping with an older property. The whole project’s costs came in within the budgeted contingency, something that can not be said for many construction projects. Very happy to recommend the BSA team.
