BSA were tasked to create a contemporary residential scheme on an old builders yard set high above the railway overlooking Teignmouth in Devon. BSA completed the design and build of this block of six, 2 bedroom, self contained apartments with associated outdoor car parking and other facilities all within a very tight & difficult site with great success.

Hope Court was a purpose built student residential development of 12 flats with a total of 42 bedrooms over 2 blocks. All designed and built for one of BSA’s regular clients on the plot of a single dwelling located just off the corner of Pennsylvania Road in Exeter.

Barrie Simons & Associates were tasked to design a 42 bedroom hotel adjacent to the existing County Arms pub in Truro for St Austell Brewery. BSA successfully designed & project managed this large commercial contract through to completion including the multi deck parking facility to the rear all within a very tight, steeply sloping site. Working closely with the client BSA were responsible for the complete interior design package from the reception area through to each bedroom including all furniture & decoration.
