Large Extension, Crediton, Devon

BSA were instructed to undertake various extensions and alterations to a large period Victorian family home in Mid-Devon. These works included a new infill kitchen extension which opens onto a secluded patio area via three metre high triple glazed bi-fold doors. A new utility area, external storage facilities and even a  basement link corridor to connect the main dwelling to a basement annexe were completed for a private client. BSA completed the complex building regulation application and then jointly project managed, with the client, the entire scheme to completion with Interior design input.
